The return of the extended 192/20/21 Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series to South Coast Raceway for the South Coast 660 this weekend has gotten off to a roaring start today, with qualifying for 10 racing brackets now complete.
Since taking out the 2018/2019 Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series Super Street Championship, South Australian racer Paul Jennings has had a challenging 18 months.
At this weekend’s South Coast 660, Julian Carafa will make his long-awaited Supercharged Outlaws debut after COVID-19 thwarted plans to make the step-up last year.
The last time Enio Marrocco raced it was at the 2020 South Coast 660 and he went all the way to the final in Super Sedan against eventual winner, Graeme Cooper.
The Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series will roar back into life next month with South Coast Raceway to host the South Coast 660 across January 23 and January 24, 2021.
