The new 2022/2023 Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series season has burst into life at the Hidden Valley Drag Strip, with the first qualifying passes of the Top End Nationals event completed.
It was Kawasaki consistency that earnt Victorian Rob Cassar an early leg up in the new Top Fuel Motorcycle ADRC championship season, with a win at Nitro Up North.
The racing Gods delivered pristine racing conditions for the 54th running of the Gulf Western Oil Winternationals at Willowbank Raceway with a cracking four days of action. With COVID interference now behind the sport, it has been three years since the Winternationals could run without constraints, the 400 Thunder racers stepped up, eager to put on a show, and make up for the past two years of virtual racing isolation, and spectators turned up in great numbers.

With qualifying for Nitro Up North now complete, the stage has been set for what is sure to be an epic race day at the Hidden Valley Drag Strip tomorrow to conclude the Burson Auto Parts Australian Top Fuel Championship and kick off the 2022/2023 ADRC title chases.
